By registering or playing at FantasyPH you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully; they form a binding agreement. They work together with our Privacy, Cookies and Betting Rules. Last updated: 20 June 2026.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live.
You must register truthfully and keep your details up to date.
FantasyPH may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions; you are responsible for your local laws.
2. One Account Per Person
Only one account per person, household, IP or device is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bonuses voided.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are credited after confirmation by the payment provider (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, crypto).
Withdrawals require completed KYC and may be subject to limits and review. Times are typical, not guaranteed.
You may withdraw only to a payment method registered in your own name.
4. Bonuses & Wagering
Bonuses carry wagering requirements and game weightings shown at the time of claim.
Bonus abuse, including irregular play patterns, may result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings from it.
FantasyPH may add, change or end promotions at any time; published event rules govern giveaways.
5. KYC & AML
We are required to verify identity and may request documents at any time.
We monitor for fraud and money laundering and may suspend accounts pending review.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
No use of bots, collusion, exploits, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
No fraudulent payments or chargebacks. Such conduct can lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds.
7. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time via support. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Withdrawable real-money balances are returned subject to verification and these terms.
8. Liability & Changes
Games are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, FantasyPH is not liable for indirect losses.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
